Returns and Withdrawal Policy

Return / Exchange Policy

You have the right to return or change the entire order or part of it within two (2) calendar days from the date of receipt. Refunds not made within the time limit may not be accepted.

The date of dispatch of the returned product is the date indicated by the transport company on the receipt.

For returns or changes you must:

  1. The product must be sent in exactly the same condition as when you received it, i.e. it must be in perfect, unopened, undamaged, unused, unused or dirty, without any removed or altered labels and in its packaging.
  2. The product must be accompanied by the corresponding documents that the customer received upon receipt (receipt, invoice).
Returns of products that are not sealed are not accepted for health reasons.

Cost of Return / Exchange of Products

In cases where the return / change is not due to the fault of our company getthecurl.com, the shipping cost is borne by the customer. When the return / change is due to shipping defective or wrong product, the return and reshipment costs are borne by our company getthecurl.com and a refund is made. It is important to note that a thorough quality control is applied to all returned products. The refund is processed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products in one of the following ways:
  1. Cancellation of the credit card used for the purchase
  2. Deposit money into a bank account
Returns of products that are not sealed are not accepted for health reasons.

Right of Withdrawal - Refund

If for any other reason you wish to return the product you have purchased and you are not interested in replacing it with another one, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by making a Return Request (send us a mail with your details and your order number). The return must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product with the only charge being the cost of returning the product. It is clarified that in order to proceed with the return of the product, the product must not have been used, must be in perfect condition when received without any damage and must be complete, in its original packaging. Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that you received upon receipt. Once the return is made and it is determined that the product has not been used and all the above conditions are met, you will be refunded within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product.
