Return & Exchange Policy

1. General Terms

The customer has the right to request a return or exchange of all or part of an order within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

The return shipment date shall be considered the date indicated on the courier’s proof of dispatch.

2. Conditions for Returns / Exchanges

Any return or exchange request will be accepted only if ALL of the following conditions are met cumulatively:

The product has not been opened, used, or tested.
The sealed packaging of the product (primary container) has not been opened or tampered with in any way.
The product is returned in the exact condition in which it was received, intact, clean, and free from damage
All labels and markings remain intact and unaltered.
The product is returned complete, within its original packaging.
The return is accompanied by the relevant legal proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Opening or tampering with the sealed packaging of the product results in the automatic loss of the right to return or withdraw, even if the product has not been used.

3. Cosmetic Products – Hygiene & Safety

Get The Curl products are cosmetic products for personal hygiene use.

In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Greek consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products whose sealed packaging has been opened or tampered with, as this packaging ensures product hygiene and safety.

4. Fragrance Disclaimer

Get The Curl products contain fragrance (parfum), as clearly stated in the ingredient list of each product.

The subjective perception, intensity, or personal preference regarding the fragrance:

does not constitute a defect,
does not represent non-conformity of the product,
does not constitute a valid reason for return, exchange, or refund.

The selection of a fragranced product is a subjective choice of the consumer.

5. Return Shipping Costs

In cases where the return or exchange is not due to an error or fault of the company, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
In cases where a defective or incorrect product has been delivered, return and reshipping costs shall be borne by getthecurl.com .

Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the returned products are received and successfully inspected.
