Product Availability & Shipping
All products are offered subject to availability. In cases of increased demand, lack of stock, delays in raw material supply, production difficulties, or force majeure events, shipment may be delayed for up to fifteen (15) business days.
Such delay does not constitute grounds for order cancellation, unless otherwise provided by mandatory provisions of law.
If a product becomes unavailable after order completion, the Company reserves the right to delay shipment or cancel part or all of the order and refund the corresponding amount.
Gifts & Promotional Offers
Any reference to gifts, samples, or promotional items is valid while stocks last.
The Company reserves the right to modify, replace, or withdraw any gift at any time without prior notice.
Unavailability of a gift does not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.
Limitation of Liability

The Company’s total liability shall be limited exclusively to the amount paid for the specific order.
