Shipping Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

By completing a purchase through the Get The Curl online store, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the present Shipping Terms & Conditions.

Get The Curl reserves the right to amend or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The applicable terms are those in force at the time the order is placed.

2. Courier Companies & Right of Selection

Get The Curl cooperates with reliable courier companies, indicatively including:

• ACS

• Geniki Tachydromiki

Customers may select a courier company during checkout.

However, this selection is indicative only.

Get The Curl reserves the exclusive right to:

• select a different courier company than the one chosen by the customer,

• change the courier company after the order has been placed,

• determine the courier company per order, region, or case,

when deemed necessary for operational, technical, force majeure reasons, improved logistics management, or faster service.

Any change of courier company does not affect shipping costs and does not constitute grounds for order cancellation, refund, or compensation.

3. Shipping Costs

Greece

• €4 for parcels up to 2 kg

• +€2 for each additional kilogram

• Free shipping for orders over €60

• Cash on Delivery (COD): additional charge of €1.50

Cyprus

• €10.50 for parcels up to 2 kg

• +€2 for each additional kilogram

• Cash on Delivery is not available

• Free shipping for orders over €80

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are indicative only:

• Greece: 2–4 business days

• Cyprus: up to 7 business days

Get The Curl shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

• courier companies

• weather conditions

• strikes

• customs inspections

• force majeure events

Delivery delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Restrictions & Exclusions

Cash on Delivery is offered on a discretionary basis for shipments within Greece only.

Get The Curl reserves the right to:

• temporarily or permanently suspend the COD service,

• exclude specific customers or orders from COD eligibility,

• cancel COD orders,

without prior notice, in cases of abuse, repeated non-collection of parcels, excessive returns, or when the service is deemed to cause financial or operational damage to the company.

6. Incorrect Details – Non-Collection – Reshipment

Get The Curl bears no responsibility for:

• incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer,

• absence of the recipient,

• refusal to accept delivery.

Any reshipment costs incurred shall be borne exclusively by the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

The responsibility of Get The Curl is strictly limited to the proper handover of the order to the courier company.

Once the parcel is delivered to the courier, all responsibility regarding delivery time, handling, and completion of delivery is transferred exclusively to the courier company.
