Product Availability & Shipments

All products are available subject to availability. In cases of increased demand, stock shortages, delays in the supply of raw materials, production difficulties, or force majeure, the shipment of the order may be delayed by up to fifteen (15) working days.

This delay does not constitute grounds for cancellation of the order, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legal provisions.

In the event of unavailability of a product after the completion of the order, the company reserves the right to delay the shipment or to cancel part or all of the order, returning the corresponding amount.

Gifts & Promotional Activities

Any reference to a gift, sample, or promotional product is valid until stocks are exhausted.

The company reserves the right to modify, replace, or withdraw any gift without prior notice.

The unavailability of a gift does not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.

The company's total liability is limited exclusively to the amount paid for the specific order.

It is not liable for any typographical or numerical errors, nor for non-fulfillment of an order due to the customer's fault.

Competent Courts

For any dispute that may arise, the competent courts are those of Chios, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legal provisions.
