Return & Exchange Policy

1. General Terms

The customer has the right to request a return or exchange of the entire order or part of it within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable legislation.

The date of shipment of the returned product is considered to be the date indicated on the carrier's receipt.

2. Conditions for Return / Exchange

In order for any return or exchange to be accepted, ALL of the following conditions must be cumulatively met:

The product must not have been opened, used, or tested.
The sealed packaging of the product (primary container) must not have been tampered with in any way.
The product must be in the exact condition it was received, intact, clean, and without damage.
It must bear all labels and markings without alterations.
It must be returned complete, within its original packaging.
It must be accompanied by legal purchase documents (receipt or invoice).

Opening or tampering with the sealed packaging of the product results in an automatic loss of the right to return or withdraw, even if the product has not been used.

3. Cosmetic Products – Hygiene & Safety
