Shipping Terms

1. General Information

By completing the order, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the present Shipping Terms of Get The Curl.

The company reserves the right to modify the shipping terms at any time, without prior notice. The applicable terms are those displayed on the website at the time of order completion.

2. Partner Courier Companies & Right of Choice

Get The Curl collaborates with reliable courier companies, including but not limited to:

General Postal Service
ACS

The customer may choose a courier company at the time of order completion.

This choice is indicative.

Get The Curl reserves the exclusive right to:

choose a different courier company than the one selected by the customer,
modify the courier company after the order has been completed,
select a courier company per order, area, or case,

if deemed necessary for operational, technical, force majeure, faster service, or better management of shipments.

Changing the courier company does not affect the shipping cost and does not constitute a reason for cancellation, return, or compensation.

3. Shipping Costs

Within Greece

4€ for shipments up to 2 kilograms
+2€ for each additional kilogram
Free shipping for orders over 60€
Cash on delivery: additional 1.50€

Cyprus

10.50€ for shipments up to 2 kilograms
+2€ for each additional kilogram
Cash on delivery is not supported
Free shipping for orders over €80

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times are exclusively indicative:

Greece: 2–4 working days
Cyprus: up to 7 working days

Get The Curl is not responsible for delays caused by:

courier companies
weather phenomena
strikes
customs checks
force majeure

Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.

5. Cash on Delivery Service – Restrictions & Exceptions

Cash on delivery is optionally provided for shipments within Greece.

Get The Curl reserves the right:

to permanently or temporarily suspend the cash on delivery service,
to exclude customers or orders from the cash on delivery option,
to cancel cash on delivery orders,

without prior notice, if abuse, non-receipt of parcels, increased returns, or financial damage is determined.

6. Incorrect Information – Non-Receipt – Reshipment

Get The Curl is not responsible for:

incorrect or incomplete shipping information,
absence of recipient,
refusal of receipt.

Any reshipment costs are solely the responsibility of the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

Get The Curl's liability is limited to the proper delivery of the order to the courier company.

From this point onward, any responsibility for the course, timing, and method of delivery is transferred exclusively to the courier company.
